Your care begins with a 75-minute initial consultation to explore your concerns, health history, lifestyle and goals. Follow-up appointments then support progress, refine your plan, and build sustainable change over time.
Acute Care
A brief, focused consultation for time-sensitive issues such as colds, tummy bugs or UTIs. Designed to support existing clients between regular appointments with clear, practical guidance. Telehealth only.
